This team maintains the database of members and church guests. They make sure that the contacts are tagged and tracked through the process of moving people who have had no contact with the ministry (Community) — > occasional attenders of ministry services (Crowd) — > regular attenders of ministry services (Congregation) –> participants in the work of the church’s ministry (Committed) –> leaders of ministry teams (Core).
